We use icecast with Centova Cast v3.2.6 (as a customer not a reseller).  We use EdCast for streaming to AAC and MP3 streams.

We only playout an inbound stream to the /live mountpoint from our playout server (i.e. we never use AutoDJ etc).

Our INBOUND stream is appearing on our historic listener stats as a listener which is totally mucking up the stats: the INBOUND server's IP address is showing as having listened to our station for 44,912 minutes in the last 30 days (i.e. 100% of the time for the last 30 days). 

It also consumes part of our monthly listener data allowance even though it is INBOUND not outbound.

However, weirdly, if you look at current listeners and if you download the monthly listener logs, it does NOT appear.

Any thoughts on how to fix this? I have spoken to my provider many times and they don't seem to understand the problem let alone offer a solution.
