I've been rummaging in docs but not been able to find anything in the docs about this. I need to migrate/copy a cast installation to a new server - is there a documented procedure for this? I gather from other posts that others have done this before, but it sounds like it's been done in ad-hoc manner, fixing whatever issues arise.
