We're very sorry that you are having difficulties with our latest update, however while there were a number of issues related to the new Icecast management code, nobody else except you has reported this type of problem.
Most likely, this is a maintenance or environmental issue, if your staff is unable to recover your service, please feel free to have them open a ticket to our support department, and we'll be happy to help you troubleshoot.
