I assume you are talking about third-party services, where you don't have access to the underlying system running Shoutcast, because otherwise you could just install Centova Cast in daemon mode to have full control and statistics.
If that is in fact the scenario you propose, for Centova Cast to generate statistics, it requires access to the Shoutcast/Icecast raw logs. So, if you have access to the logs, you could simply download them and then re-upload them to your Centova Cast account, then trigger the processlogs task.
Unfortunately, in most situations users don't have access to the raw logs, or the logs have been formatted, in a way that they can no longer be processed by Centova Cast.
