Unhandled Exception Error

I upgraded to V3.2.1 and now when a reseller account tries to add a a new customer they are getting this error:

Any ideas? I've been fishing through this forum for 2 hours trying to find a solution.

Did you happen to check on their disk quota, to make sure its not maxed out?

Maybe try logging into the clients account, goto Settings and just click "Update", see if that resolves it.
