Suddenly, I can't get the media library to update.

I have the new files in subdirectories like this:

/home/centovacast/vhosts/audioart/var/spool/media/music/jazz
/home/centovacast/vhosts/audioart/var/spool/media/music/jazz2
/home/centovacast/vhosts/audioart/var/spool/media/music/jazz3

etc.

But I have just tried to add a /jazz2 subdirectory, and it never shows up, I got to
media library ---> options ---> browse by folders ---> + ---> and the new subdir does not show up. I click the update media library link and I get this:

Updating media library, please wait...
Update completed successfully: Tracks reindexed

Then I click perform full library update and I get the same readout, but no update.

This is rather urgent as it means we can no longer add any new files to the account, and yes the user account has plenty of room.

Anyone?

Update: I've even tried moving the files from /jazz2 into /jazz which was formerly successfully indexed, but still the new files are not listed.

This is resolved. My mistake. I was loading the new files in the wrong directory.
