I would like to see the extension of Centova Cast reseller features to include listener links with the proper branding. Currently, while you can park domain names on the control panel, urls (scripts too) will still default to the administrative hostname. That may surprise resellers and give away their privacy.

No, they won't.  In fact, Centova Cast does not store the server's primary hostname anywhere at all, so it doesn't even know what it should be.  The URLs are generated from the URL at which you're currently accessing Centova Cast.  So if you access it from http://primarydomain.com:2199 then all of the links will be based on primarydomain.com.  If you access it from http://resellerdomain.com:2199 then all of the links will be based on resellerdomain.com.
