When attempting to create a new account after entering all information & pressing create button results in displaying a blank page.

I have deleted sessions files from /usr/local/centovacast/var/lib/sessions as recommended by HeadShaker http://forums.centova.com/index.php?topic=1846.15

My OS is CentOS 6 with Parallels Plesk Panel 10 (64-bit)
Processor- AMD Quad-Core
Speed- 4 Cores x 2.1 GHz
 RAM- 4 GB DDR2
 RAID Software RAID 1

1. Create new accont (sc_serv 2, sc_trans 2)
2. Try to login to account from admin area with result:

Sorry, an error occurred while attempting to load the requested page.
3. Try to go to https://domain.com:2199/admin/ is giving error above ( the same with any centovacast panel page)

4. Delete sessions files from /usr/local/centovacast/var/lib/sessions
5. Any page redirecting me to login page (logging in, admin area works, another attempt to login to new account go to point 2.)
6. Delete sessions files from /usr/local/centovacast/var/lib/sessions
7. Change new account port number in admin area (port+20)
8. Able to login by admin area and directly by new accont details, no further problems with logging in.
 

No joy i am unable to create any accounts just resulting in a blank page

Uninstalled & reinstalled Centova Cast v3 several times now & there still seems to be a load issue.

Solved the issue;

i reissued the licence by running the following;

Code: [Select]

- Open  /usr/local/centovacast/etc/license.conf and replace the old key with your new one
- Delete the file license.key in the folder   /usr/local/centovacast/etc/license/
- Restart     /etc/init.d/centovacast restart

Just delete /usr/local/centovacast/etc/license/license.key and then run '/etc/init.d/centovacast restart'
Then reissue your licence in your centova client control panel https://secure.centova.com/cp/
