Maybe this is already possible, but I just couldn't find a way to crossfade when changing the source from autodj to live and back.

If not, it would be great to have this. The fallback is very sudden and it doesn't sound very nice...

This is a feature of the streaming server, not Centova Cast.  SHOUTcast 2 supports this.  IceCast and SHOUTcast v1 do not.
