I'm considering going with Host-Gator and making a live radio website.

Could I use Centova to make the radio site? Does it come with an admin panel and does it allow DJs, etc?
Does it also have a radio stat module?

If I get this, I'll have it installed professionally for $70.

Centova Cast IS an admin panel, and yes you can use it to create a radio station and site. It also has an autoDJ feature or you can have DJs streaming remotely.

You will need however, a VPS or dedicated server, so make sure that the hosting provider you've selected offers that.
