Hello, I have an owned licence and am not able to download the 2.2.6 update!
Just because I dont have an active support subscription should not mean I can't download incremental releases for bug fixes! I understand if Im not able to upgrade to v3, but i should be able to download a bug fix update for my existing v2 product!

What are others thoughts?

I agree with you but about 99% of companies do business this way.

This is just not right? Why should I have to pay extra to upgrade due to a software bug in a pirior release?

Thats the downside of owning it outright.  Almost every software does it!

All of those softwares do the same thing.  You save money on the owned license, however you are no longer contributing to the development of the software, therefore you don't get to download it.  Sucks but thats how it works.  If you really want to update, I suggest you purchase the support/upgrade package. I believe this is stated when you purchase the owned license that you get 12 months of software updates...now whether or not they release an update in 12 months is another story

My support expired 3 months ago, and I don't need the 2.2.6 update, but I still can't download my old Centova Cast 2.2.5 or 2.2.4 now.

Can anybody tell me when your support expired, where can you download your old version?
