Paid Account - Centova Login Can't Locate Me

I would like to keep this short in order to get a quick response. I'm having quite a number of issues setting up my most recent account with centovacast and my internet radio client application. In the end all the problems seem to be stemming from one, missing account information.

It is my belief that my newly paid account with centova has not been fully completed or activated on centova's end. This seems to be backed up by the fact that the centova.com does not recognize my username (rqzgpwdb), password, or email (when i click on "forgot password" it says "The address you specified was not valid or does not belong to an active account.")

I would be much obliged to anyone that can contact centova tech support for me (since i can't start a ticket myself) or if any centova representative could help me out. I had an account before but because of a move i wasn't able to continue paying it on time. I'm really excited to be back on track and am eager to broadcast with centova again.

Is there anyone that can help me?  ??? I would love for my account to work properly again :/
