We need links for 32kbps. Some people are still on dial-up and we should have a lower bit rate link for those individuals especially for other countries that people can not afford broadband or a high speed connection.  I have a lot of families in Peru and Colombia that can't hear my radio because it's 128kbps and it buffers on dial-up.  New feature should have quick links to lower bit rates.
