Hi have the recent tracks widget on my site but every 15-20 minutes it freezes and requires the page to be refreshed.

Is there any way to fix this as it is the only real complaint we get from listeners?

You need to supply more information, such as, what version of Centovacast, SHOUTcast or ICEcast (and what version).

Same thing happens to me. It will timeout eventually and does require a page refresh.

This is actually the expected behavior but it can be modified.

There is one directive which is of interest for this case and it is "poll_limit".
This directive specifies the maximum amount of times the server will be polled before the widget stops. The default setting means the widget should stop after 60 minutes (assuming you did not/are not going to modify the "poll_frequency" directive) so you should just increase this number to one you are comfortable with.
