Getting internal error page when trying to log in

I was trying to log in to the Centova panel, and instead of the IP address, I used the hostname I have assigned to the server - centova.mydomain.com.
For some reason, I got a red(?) internal error generated by Centova (not Apache) on the login page.
However, when I use the IP address for the server, it works correctly.
Does anyone have any idea what could be causing this?
Even weirder, once I log in on the login page using the IP address and then log out, it looks like I can then log in (at least for now) using the hostname again...
Thanks.
Anyone?
Just checked the details on the error, and I see this:

Fatal exception: "Centova" is a trademark of Centova Technologies Inc. For trademark protection reasons, Centova Cast licenses may not be used on domain names which contain nor are confusingly similar to the Centova Technologies name.

This is a subdomain, centova.domain.com (actually using a .co in this case), but I'm not sure why having the word centova in the subdomain, simply as a way to identify the server, would be a problem...

Can someone please help me with this?
