Hi all
I am first time user - I got a Free trial license for centova3 - I went for full installation - Asper instructions wget and it went fine as below:

As per installation Guide The installation should complete without error and ask you to visit http://your-ip:2199/ to complete the installation. Open your browser and enter the URL provided by the installer.


But I did not get any IP address! What is the wrong step i am doing?

Please help to complete the installation correctly

It would be the IP of your domain you are using..

Open command prompt and type in

ping www.yourwebsite.com

It will show you your sites IP address... You can also finish the install by going to

www.yourwebsite.com:2199  just the same as the IP

  Thanks for the response. I created the trial id by mentioning my domain name www.tamilmulti.com
i tried its IP but could not connect... Same when trying www.tamilmulti.com:2199

What could be wrong?

Perhaps you have a firewall blocking port 2199 ?

This appears to be the typical newbie issue that we all forget to do Did you install the MYSQL server... the CC would install but if the MYSQL server is not there.. you would get this error.
