I updated from a trial license to unlimited and provided my VPS host with these instructions to update the key, but it's not working and I am still limited to 2 streams.  Did I tell them something wrong?

Please Update Centova Cast License Key

New License Key:

Using a unix based text editor such as vi or nano, replace my Centrova Cast license key within the license.conf file located at /usr/local/centovacast/etc/license.conf

Then just restart Centova Cast like so "/etc/init.d/centovacast restart"

If you don't get any error messages, then you have successfully switched to the new paid license.

"We have completed this as requested, and received no error messages"

You are missing one step (the number 2):

1: replace Centrova Cast license key within the license.conf file located at /usr/local/centovacast/etc/license.conf

2: Delete the file  /usr/local/centovacast/license/license.key

3: Restart centovacast with   /etc/init.d/centovacast restart
