I don't know what was the reason of that but I had setup of "immediate" playlist and some errors with opening files from that playlist as I saw in log files.
After all tracks from playlist (all had error) sc_trans tryied to play few tracks from totally diferent account from different reseller.
Paths looks like they are in rtphybrd account folders but that files doesn't exist over there.
They are exists in RMI account folders and in second account, so there is something totally messed up.

Another thing is that I don't know why sc_trans couldn't play tracks from playlist (Fresh Trance Music folder)
files where thereand where played previously for test:

I found that if folder name is changed by filemanager the change isn't updated in media library as well as by ftp

Unfortunately I don't know (and have no way of knowing) either, but sc_trans2 is telling you that it can't open those files.  You might want to check their permissions, etc., and make sure that they actually exist.

That should be entirely impossible unless some sort of database corruption has taken place.  I'd need to see all of the logs in order to see what's going on there.

Again I'd need to see the logs to know for sure, but it sounds very much like some kind of database corruption has altered the account IDs for the tracks.

I can't answer this for you but I can definitely tell you that it has nothing to do with Centova Cast... a bug in Centova Cast couldn't prevent sc_trans2 from opening a valid file on disk.  It's going to be a file permission/ownership issue, or a missing set of files.
