Hi,

I was uploading some mp3 via Centova Cast File Manager (using the admin account), but everytime it complete the upload is finished, it gets me an error

'Transfer error: Error opening destination file: Permission denied'

still, I can't move any file out 'media' folder, it shows me the same error

I deleted almost file in media folder, but the Media Library is not updated (maybe due to the same 'permissions'?)

Yes, run fixperms to fix your filesystem permissions.  This is not a bug.
