hey,

so im testing the diffrent options and with ices-0.4 built from source and added with the manual enable_package function making a new account, turning on the autodj and starting the stream gives this error

This usually happens when you install the vanilla ices 0.4 but tell Centova Cast it's ices-cc.  If you're telling CC it's ices-cc, you need to either use the ices-cc sources or grab the latest code from the "official" ices CVS head.  (ices-cc is just ices 0.4 plus a collection of changes from the official ices CVS repo and a few fixes we implemented ourselves.)
