when you edit the server details the page with the sucess message is using the old settings (see sceenshot)

i used to get round this by adding a header('Location: '); as its a quick fix


EDIT: the feilds i edited was Server name and the send email from bit... which is not obvious from the screenshot

Please upgrade.  That's an old bug.
