Centova Cast v3.3.2r4334 with Liquidsoap v2.4.2 support was released full of Bugs, After I updated I couldn't get auto-dj to work anymore. I contacted Centova Cast support who identified the problem of migrating to Liquidsoap v2.4.2 and informed them that in a maximum of 48 H a fix would be released, This occurred on February 3rd. On February 7th the support advised me to use another software for auto-dj. I started using sctrans2 while they don't find a solution to the problem. How do they release a stable version without performing all the tests first. The worst is not possible to go back to the previous version with Liquidsoap 2.4.0 that worked satisfactorily.

Hello. Liquidsoap 2.4.0 isn’t working properly either. There’s a known issue in Liquidsoap (see GitHub issues #4481 and #4670) where file descriptors aren’t properly released during error handling in the AutoDJ request processing chain. After some time, it reaches the descriptor limit and gets stuck. This is what version 2.4.2 fixes, but I totally agree that they should have tested it before releasing it, and this is quite serious. New version it's available already in testing branch.

New stable release v3.3.2r4339 didn't solve it for me. Still without starting the auto-dj after starting the station. Do you need ffmpeg for liquidsoap 2.4.2? I don't know what to do. I went back to sctrans2 for now.
