Newly added tunes to playlist shows ERROR in artist and album columns.

I notice that when working in one account the newly added tunes to playlist shows ERROR in artist and album columns. But this does not occur when adding similar files in another account. I have checked to make sure that the song file permissions and ownerships are set properly and they are.

How can I correct this one?
If it shows ERROR in the artist/album columns that means for some reason the track's artist and album aren't being included in the artist and album lists above the track list.

If refreshing the page doesn't help, that most likely indicates some kind of damage to database. You can do a full media library update (described here) to rebuild the necessary database entries.
