we've done upgrade php. The problem remains

The 400 Bad Request error always means that there is still a part of v3 still running on your server.
Please follow the next steps to completely erase it from your system and after that your v2 shouldn't have any more problems:

1. Stop Centova Cast v3 by running:
/etc/init.d/centovacast stop

2. Remove Centova Cast's v3 cron job:
rm -f /etc/cron.d/centovacast

3. Remove Centova Cast v3's folder by running:
rm -rf /usr/local/centovacast

This will completely remove Centova Cast v3 from your server.
