Title: Centova Support Times

Hi, just an inquiry into the times that centova support is available. Are they open on weekends? As I have submitted 3 tickets and got no reply which concerns me, but if it is just weekends then I can understand.

We've actually just updated our support hours on the contact page since they were a bit vague... but to answer your question here, yes, we're closed on Sundays and the installations department is closed Sat/Sun.
