Hi there:
Anyone having an issue where support keeps closing your tickets? I paid for SSL install 3 weeks ago... every time I ask for an update or help they just close the ticket as a duplicate. My server still does not have SSL.

Hello, this usually means that you are changing the subject line on your response emails, this causes our helpdesk system to open a new ticket, instead of updating the ticket that already exists.
If you still haven't received a response, please post the ticket number here, and we'll be happy to look into it for you.

I just canceled a support ticket because no one responded and I had to prepay for support and still got nothing and now I'm waiting for a refund!
