Title: IHOST:Template front-end for client

sorry if the question is off topic, but I didn't know where to write.
I'm testing CentovaCast with the Ihost Billing system. I don't understand what the link is for the front end for customers and how a template can be created

I don't know iHost I use WHMCS but if this is a pre-sales question the sales department is very responsive and I'm guessing will be quick with an answer.

I have already purchased IHOST.
I would just like to understand how to create the front-end process for selling
