Title: Cover not appear\load

Hi, I don't see the cover, if I check to db there si a automatic name "rsz_emb_irama_arrogante_e3f04d10.jpg" that not exist, if I go to file and set a http link to cover I see it... I think that the system not find correctly the cover... is a bug?
