Title: Fallback file not playing

I have uploaded a fallback file, in mp3. I restarted the server. But, still not playing.

I checked to make sure the file is actually there on the server. I checked the config file and it is set in there.

This is not working on any of my accounts.

What am I doing wrong?

Also, I am using Shoutcast v2

If there is any other info needed to diag this?
