Hey steve

I have a huge billing problem

my billing shows USD $-41.99

so can you fix it please

Hi,

I have the same Problem with my account my License are suspended
 I have an Owned-Unlimited License

I send 4 tickets for 3 week and nothing happen.
All my ticket is close due to inactivity I don't get an answer from Centova team
 For 2 day a open a news Ticket NB2-XFD5-998 but still the same no answer

 I buy the Support and upgrade Invoice #85626
But you have any possibility to cancel this via the profile
 ??? ??? ??? ??? ???

That means you have made two $20.99 payments that you were not invoiced for, so you have a $41.99 credit on your account.  Not much I can do to fix that unless you want a refund, in which case you're welcome to contact the sales department.

You won't be suspended if you have a credit on your account... that means you have overpaid, not underpaid.

Sorry about that, there is another thread here in this forum that explains that.  We're working very hard to get caught up with the tickets now.

I did not find the possibility to cancel the order

my bobby56 account billing invoice is not getting paid automaully for me at all

so could you see what could be wrong please
