Title: Problem with UTF8

What can I do to rectify this issue I am currently having? Attached are two screenshots, one showing a UTF-8 character not displaying correctly on the SC Server (should be Tiësto not what's displayed). Attached is also my settings for my Shoutcast server around encoding.

I've seen that before and this is what I did to correct the issue:
Open the file with any MP3 player and edit the info to remove the "Tiësto"
then upload the edited file to replace the one with the extra info
