Title: erro start server

Trying to start the server, I encounter the error below, what to do?

I'm the same :(
My next problem - click diagnostic mode and...
Stream could not be started: Could not start server: output follows.

Shoutcast V2 reqires a different Password for the Admin and User, make sure both passwords are different...

like the error says, use a different password for source and for admin login

i just got the "simple" problem of sctrans v2 now doesnt work and also did have the problem of not being able to connect to broadcast to the server with sctrans v2

What problems are you having? I will try and help as I just got told that Steve is on leave.

The passwords are in the panel not the conf files so you don't need to edit them for that. You shouldn't need to edit any of the conf files to start up streams....
