Title: Event script playlist_advanced.sh not being invoked

I'm observing that playlist_advanced.sh is not being triggered under Icecast/Liquidsoap. I have post-update-account.sh and post-start-source.sh working as expected so this shouldn't be a configuration problem.

Are there any known issues with Icecast/Liquidsoap where playlist_advanced.sh would not be triggered? I found in the 2.2.6 release notes, there was a fix that had to do with playlist_advanced.sh not being invoked but obviously that was a long time ago. Any ideas?

3.2.6

Operating system:
CentOS 7

Step-by-step instructions to reproduce:
1) Add playlist_advanced.sh to /usr/local/centovacast/var/events dir
2) chmod +x
3) Restart centova to clear event script cache - /etc/init.d/centovacast restart
4) Observe that playlist_advanced.sh is not being triggered when advancing auto dj or restarting stream

Confirmed fixed in v3.2.6.20160720.stable-491r3893

Same exact problem, but running version 3.2.7. Has this bugfix regressed?
