Title: Icecast Mountpoint Relaying tab should allow multiple entries

For a stream using Icecast/Liquidsoap, the Mountpoint Relaying tab UI does not support adding multiple mount points. This is supported by Icecast and is valid. I have implemented a workaround that adds my extra relays to server.conf on the "post-update-account" event. This works but I see no reason why this couldn't and shouldn't be supported in the UI.
