Title: Allow downloading of media files from File Manager

So I've managed to auto record my streams and dump the recordings into /usr/local/centovacast/var/vhosts/USERNAME/var/spool/recordings. That works great because users can view the "recordings" dir and its contents in the File Manager. But there is no way to download them. Is there any way to allow downloading? Was hoping for a simple toggle in /usr/local/centovacast/etc/centovacast.conf or something like that. If a plugin could be written for something like this, I'd gladly do that too. Any ideas are appreciated.
