Is there a feature currently allowing automatic override with a username and password like whmsonic?

Also any news about when 3.0 will be released

WHMsonic doesn't offer this, sc_trans v2 does.  And yes, v3.0 supports sc_trans v2.

will sc_trans v2 be able to be configured through centova cast then?

Yes, per my  post above v3.0 supports sc_trans v2.
