Title: My Intro does not work

Hi,
I have created an intro to my station and it should work when anyone starts their station.  However even though I have loaded as per screen shot below it does not work.
Any reason why?

You must make sure the intro file is exact information as per the stream.

Example:  if the stream is 128kbps, 44100kHz, stereo.  The intro file must match exactly as that.
