Title: Change statistic, that is match with laws in some european states
Post by: scysys on February 21, 2016, 11:46:05 am
In some countries of europe like germany, it is against privacy laws to collect and process full ip adresses.

IP addresses must be reduced by at least the last address range. Example: 192.168.0.x
However it is recommended the abbreviation for the final two address ranges. Example: 192.168.x.x

I know you canĀ“t change this for Icecast or Shoutcast, but you can change how ip adresses are shown to controllpanel users in centova itself.

Maybe you can add this as an option.
