Title: Workin with play lists while radio is working

Bit new to this and I have a question.

Is it posible to have radio playing music while i edit new playlists and how?

You can edit the playlists while the radio is up and running just as you would if the radio would be stopped.

It's not going to disrupt your stream, or anything like that.
