Title: JSON Errors & Unable to retrieve directory listing

I just finished setting up CentovaCast on a new server, this isnt my first time doing this, but this is my first time having so many problems..

When trying to upload songs via the Web upload UI Some songs throw a JSON error, and do not upload. This is usually easily bypassed by just using FTP (Although the error isnt normally as common as its happening on this new install)
When i try to use FTP, I simply time out with the error "Failed to retrieve directory listing"

I have tried everything i can think of for the past 3 hours, and to no avail.
Any suggestions?
I sent in a support ticket already, but figured I'd be open to ideas while waiting for a response to that.

First reply to my support ticket implied that a Firewall could be blocking it. I have No Firewall, and all ports are open. If that helps anyone to give some more tips.
