Title: Some more features for Centova

There's some features that I think can be implemented into Centova.

- Add a flash player code in fast links area (you can use opensource like soluction as ffmp3 (http://ffmp3.sourceforge.net/)).
- Add covers support for ondemand script.
- Add a flash player suporte for ondemand script.

ffmp3 is already bundled with v3.0.

Not really possible with the on-demand widget in its current implementation.  Cover support requires importing the media into the database, whereas the on-demand widget deliberately avoids this process so that any media you dump in the ondemand folder immediately shows up.

This is already on our to-do list now that we've integrated ffmp3.
