Title: uploaded logo too big, no access to menu functions anymore
Post by: hdoswald on December 21, 2014, 11:45:15 am
Hi,
I uploaded a picture as a logo and it just gets laid over the screen...the whole menu functions are not accessible anymore. That means I cannot do anything with my control panel, not even remove the logo...

Best way out of that is to Block images ... and then go into the settings and "remove" the logo...

Cheers, that is a nice workaround. Will keep it in mind if it happens again....
Got it sorted with my hosting provider.

Yeah, Centova cast needs something that 'auto' changes the size of the image, or set a 'specific" width/height that if its bigger than that, it wont upload.  We have had many clients that upload logos/banners that are extremely large, and I have to go in and remove the logo and tell them to resize it.

How we can block the image?
