Title: Ability to deny users renaming main centova folders

Is there some way that a user can be stopped in renaming the main folders of centova  (media, ondemand, sounds)


It seems that there are "some" users that keep renaming these folders... from  media to Media  or MEDIA, etc.  And then it completely messes up their account unless you catch it right away and rename it back to media.  There needs to be someway that this can be stopped but still give them the ability to upload to the folder, just not rename it.
