Title: 403 - covers

I'm receiving 403 error when trying to access cover.

For sure that is permisson issue.

Running "fixperms" command doesn't help.

I had to run: "chown -R ccuser:centovacast /usr/local/centovacast/var/vhosts/" to get covers working on all streams

This was a regression in the latest build; please update again to fix.
