Title: Top of the hour

I've search to find a way to do this and even tried syncing a 60 minute hour pplaylist but it would be awesome if there was a way to have a playlist at the top of the hour. This could be used for station ID's (required at the top for FM stations) or things like "new music at the top of every hour" or news/weather. If anyone knows a way to do this, please email me!
