Title: Listener map in Centovacast 3.0
Post by: 20com on March 20, 2013, 12:22:49 am
In new version, in map, appears a satellite-icon like there is the radio-source. But shows the server location, and not the radio-source location, that I think is more usually. Someone thinks the same??

The server icon on the map was intended to be an indication of how close the server is to you for performance reasons, not as a cutesy indication of where your broadcaster is located. :)  If you're in the US and are having buffering issues, and you check your map and "aha, I'm connecting to a server in Uganda", well, that might be your problem.

That said, it's open for voting.
