Title: Settings not saving?

When I go to Settings And any of the tabs (General, E-mail, etc) and put information in and click Update, the page refreshes says "Settings updated successfully." But, it shows all the boxes I just filled as blank and isn't saving the information.

I've run update (no updates) and Fixperms, Is there any other reason why they would still be blank? Are they not saving for some other reason?
(We did move from 1 server to another server and I did re-issue the license key)
