Title: Can anyone help?

2 questions I have that I need answers too.

1. When scheduling the show never goes on. I'm in the UK but when my colleague schedules a show in the usa it works fine. Any ideas?
2. When my DJ's go live it doesn't say who is live. Can this be changed? Anyone know how I can change this please?
I would like it to say who is on when their live.
