No, I do not believe so.

Is there a way to backup or export your playlist(s)? Any way?

Although we do not support this way, you might be able to do so if you have a coder, by making a script that pulls the playlists off the database. Although, again, this information comes from me as an individual, not as a Centova Tech. We do not support this.
