Title: Issue with WHMCS plugin

I have set up my WHMCS plugin but am unable to get the configurable options to work correctly  only the "Max Bit Rate" configurable option is working for me. can someone shed some light on this issue for me please.

Do you use configurable options or templates?

Both.

But on most Products, we using Templates and sometimes we change some Settings directly over the WHMCS options.
